Account deletion
This page explains how to delete a Mota account. In-app deletion remains the main account-deletion path.
Delete your account in the app
If you can still sign in, the fastest way to delete your Mota account is inside the app:
- Sign in to Mota
- Open Profile
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Select Delete Account & All Data
This deletes the account and associated app data using the existing in-app deletion flow.
Delete your account without app access
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address used for your Mota account.

Include:
- the email address used for your Mota account
- a clear statement that you want your Mota account deleted
What account deletion removes
- your Mota profile and account access
- your rides and associated ride data
- your active session participation data
